This
show will feature dozens of award winning blooming
orchid
on exhibit featuring
both species and hybrids from various
genera grown to perfection by society members
who compete for ribbons, trophies, and awards.
Local
California
commercial
growers, nurseries,
national and international vendors will
be offering a wide range and very unique selection
of species
and
hybrid
orchids of various genera,
companion plants, succulents, bromeliads, carnivorous
plants, hoyas, ferns, exotic and rare plants,
foliage plants,
ceramic pots, growing supplies, and lots
more
for sale. Many of the orchids can be grown
outdoors in our Southern California area.
The
show and sale
are both
included
with
your paid
entrance admission fee payable at the entrance directly
to the South Bay Orchid Society at the door.
There are no pre-entry sales tickets
or reservation
tickets available. No exceptions, entry fee
must be paid to be admitted to the event. We
accept cash, checks, Zelle, and major credit
cards only.
A
raffle ticket will be given to each paid attendee.
The hourly raffle will be held hourly throughout
the weekend (your
raffle ticket is only good for current hour and
you must be present to claim the
prize when the winning ticket is drawn). SBOS
members are not eligible to participate in the
drawing. A plant hotel will be available
to house your purchases while you enjoy the show.
Our
membership/information desk will be staffed
to answer your questions and you will be able
to
sign up as a member and join the South Bay Orchid Society.

The
gallery and the gift shop at the Palos Verdes
Art Center which is the co-sponsor of the show
will be open during show/sale hours, and we encourage
attendees to tour the various paintings, ceramics,
photography, sculptures, and other works of art
and exhibits on display and for sale.
Show
attendees who have pre-ordered plants from
various vendors must make their own arrangements
directly with
the vendor(s) to pick up their plants at
the show. Attendees must pay the admittance
fee to SBOS to gain entry to the sales
area. The sale of these plants is strictly
between the vendor(seller) and the
buyer.
The
South
Bay
Orchid Society
will not be responsible for
the condition/quality of
the plants, and will not be obligated to
facilitate, hold, expedite, refund, or reserve
any sales
transactions between show attendees and vendors.
Come
join us and enjoy the blooms, fragrance, the
friendship, and all the fun. Don't miss it! Plenty
of easy access with ample free parking and is
handicapped accesible
